Hypnotherapy RTT® offers permanent change in a short space of time because it focuses on working with the root cause. RTT is ideal for dealing with mental, emotional and physical issues that originate from negative past events, experiences or trauma.

Hypnotherapy RTT®, works extremely well via the internet. I use Zoom, which is easy to set up and reliable for online sessions. An advantage of meeting via Zoom is that you can experience your transformation in the comfort of your own home or anywhere in the world, wherever you feel is a good space for you to be in. 

​

The change through RTT is profound and lasting and will make a real difference in your life. You can free yourself from fear, a belief, a health issue or a habit that is blocking you and causing you a great deal of discomfort. You will improve your wellbeing and start to feel more calm, more confident and more grounded.

Your journey begins from the first hypnotherapy session, but the transformation itself will take up to 30 days for the full benefits to be realised. The full 30-day program is provided with continuous support and guidance. After the 2-hour session, you will receive an audio recording that I will make personally for you based on the issues covered. It is essential for you to listen to this every day for the next 3 weeks, at least once a day. By doing this, you will rewire your mind into new, healthier beliefs that will attach themselves deep in your subconscious mind and therefore will become a part of your new, transformed life.

The Reset & Reclaim RTT Program is recommended for issues such as lack of confidence & low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, procrastination, self-sabotage, people pleasing, stress & overwhelm, and the like.

 

I do not typically work with new clients for only one session, but feel free to reach out so we can see if this would be appropriate for your circumstances.

In the session, we will dive deep into a single issue, and we will explore what is causing it. You will also receive actionable takeaways (i.e. workbooks) to help you along with the RTT recording to implement the changes achieved during the session.

• 1 x Pre-session RTT® Recording that is specifically designed to prime your mind and prepare you for the session

• 1 x one-on-one 40-minute Intake Session, including intake to go over your history and goal clarification to set you up for success

​

• 1 x one-on-one powerful RTT Hypnotherapy sessions (these sessions may take over 120 minutes)

• 1 x Personalised Transformation audio track designed to transform your old limiting beliefs and embed your new upgraded positive and empowering beliefs to keep forever

• 2 x Weekly Follow-up Zoom Sessions

How Hypnotherapy can help Anxiety

Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve an altered state of consciousness. This altered state allows access to the subconscious mind, where negative thoughts, behaviours, and feelings can be addressed directly to make positive changes in your life.

When used for anxiety relief, hypnotherapy can help identify patterns of behaviour causing or contributing to the anxiety symptoms. During hypnosis sessions, people often experience heightened awareness, allowing them to become more aware of their thoughts and feelings and control them. This increased awareness helps individuals gain insight into their own behaviour as well as understand why they feel anxious in certain situations. With this understanding comes the ability to break down these patterns and replace them with positive coping skills.

Another way hypnotherapy can help with anxiety is by teaching relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises, which can be used when feeling overwhelmed or under pressure. These exercises help reduce tension in the body and provide a sense of calmness which helps keep anxiety levels low regularly. Relaxation techniques also allow individuals to manage better any physical anxiety symptoms, such as difficulty sleeping or fatigue.

Anxiety is stored in our subconscious mind from past experiences where we experienced distress.

 

This can be from times when we didn’t feel safe in our childhood, perhaps you grew up in an unpredictable household, or you experienced the loss of a parent, neglect, or abandonment.

As we are getting to the root of the issue it allows us to create a permanent change and long-lasting results.

PLEASE NOTE ALL APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE IN AUSTRALIAN EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME (AEDT). Please take this into consideration if you live in a different time zone.
