I wanted to take a moment to fill you in on what’s been happening behind the scenes and what you can expect from me for the rest of this year.
As some of you know, I’ve been pregnant — and to be completely honest, it’s been a tough ride. My pregnancy came with some unexpected challenges that made me hit pause in pretty much every area of my life — both personally and professionally. And for someone like me — a high-achiever who thrives on creating, connecting, and supporting others — slowing down wasn’t easy. But my focus had to shift to my health, my baby, and my family, which meant putting some things on hold for a while.
I know many of you can relate to the struggle of slowing down, especially when you’re used to pushing through. But I’ve also realized that rest and recovery are just as important as action and progress.
Looking back at last year, I was juggling a lot. I kept up with my podcast, showed up consistently on social media, created my signature program, launched mini-courses, updated my existing ones, ran my private practice, supported my clients one-on-one, sent out weekly newsletters, and managed my Etsy shop — all at the same time!
Honestly, when I reflect on it now, I’m not quite sure how I managed to keep all those plates spinning. So stepping back over the past few months has felt... weird. It’s been hard for me to slow down, especially since showing up for you and my business means so much to me.
But you know what? Despite going through some of the hardest challenges I’ve ever faced, I still managed to keep things moving — and I’m genuinely proud of myself for that. Sometimes, just holding things together is a big win, and I’m learning to celebrate that too.
But through it all, I’ve been reminded that sometimes stepping back is exactly what we need to do. Now that I’m finding my footing again, I’m excited to share what’s ahead.
To My Clients: Thank You and What to Expect
I really want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to all of my past RTT and counselling clients.
Over the past few months, I know my availability has been limited, and I deeply appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding during this time. Whether you’ve been waiting to continue your sessions, hoping to start fresh, or simply checking in to see how I’m doing — your support has meant the world to me.
I know that when you're going through anxiety, grief, or big life changes, having that consistent support can make all the difference. So I completely understand if my absence felt frustrating or unexpected — and I want you to know that I see you, and I’m truly grateful for your understanding.
To those of you who are new or waiting to begin — I’m so excited to connect with you when I return. Supporting people through their healing and transformation is something I’m deeply passionate about, and I can’t wait to step back into that role.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, working through perfectionism, building confidence, or simply trying to feel more calm and in control — I’m here for you. When the time comes, I’ll be ready to support you with renewed energy, fresh insights, and a whole lot of compassion.
Thank you again for allowing me to be a part of your journey — I truly can’t wait to continue walking alongside you when the timing feels right.
The Peace with Anxiety Podcast: Coming Back Stronger Than Ever
One thing I’ve missed so much is my podcast. It’s honestly one of my favorite things I get to do. Connecting with you through those episodes feels so special — it’s a way to share my thoughts, insights, and heart in a way that’s hard to do on social media.
So here’s the plan: once my baby and I are settled, and it feels right, I’ll be back — and I’m coming back with some big plans. I’m committed to improving the podcast and making it better than ever, with fresh topics and deeply insightful episodes that I know will resonate with you. My goal is to bring you a new episode every week, and I can’t wait to dive back in.
I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s stuck with me. I can’t wait to share what I’ve been working on — I really think you’re going to love it!.

Social Media & My Newsletter: Shifting Focus
You may have noticed that I haven’t been as active on social media lately, and honestly, that’s intentional.
Right now, stepping back feels like the healthiest choice for me — and I’m sure many of you can relate to feeling like social media isn’t always the best space for your mental wellbeing. That doesn’t mean I won’t be posting at all, but it will be a little more infrequent for now.
Instead, I’ll be putting more of my energy into my newsletter — something I believe offers far more value and connection. My newsletters are where I can share meaningful insights, actionable tips, and practical tools to support you in overcoming anxiety and building your confidence.
I’ll admit, my newsletter hasn’t always been weekly lately but after my maternity leave, I’ll be recommitting to bringing you fresh content every single week.
So if social media seems a little quieter, don’t worry — I’m still here, creating and supporting you.

Mini-Courses: Your Self-Help Resource
During this season of stepping back, I’ve put a lot of energy into creating self-help resources — like my mini-courses.
These courses and resources are packed with simple, practical tools and insights that you can use to support your healing journey. They’re designed to be self-paced, so you can move through them in your own time — and they’re perfect for anyone wanting to take meaningful steps toward feeling calmer, more confident, and in control.

My Peace with Anxiety RTT Program: Pressing Pause (For Now)
For those of you interested in my Peace with Anxiety RTT program, I want to be upfront — it’s currently on hold until I’m able to return to individual sessions.
I’ve been toying with the idea of offering a self-paced version of the program without the one-on-one therapy component, but I haven’t made a final decision yet. If that’s something you’d be interested in, let me know — your feedback would mean a lot.

My Confidence and Peace Etsy Shop: Self-Care Resources at Your Fingertips
Another area I’m really proud of is my Etsy shop. Over the past year, I’ve poured so much love and energy into creating meaningful resources that can support you on your journey — whether you're working through anxiety, building confidence, or just looking for simple ways to feel more grounded and calm.
From self-care worksheets to gratitude journals, calming affirmations, and manifestation tools — my Etsy shop is filled with practical resources designed to empower you in your everyday life.
While I may not be as active on social media right now, my Etsy shop remains a space where you can access helpful tools whenever you need them. These resources are perfect if you’re looking for guidance and support in a self-paced way — whether that’s learning new anxiety-reducing techniques, improving your self-image, or finding small ways to care for yourself during busy seasons.
I’m also exploring the idea of creating themed gift boxes — like self-care kits — which I’m really excited about! So keep an eye out for new additions in the coming months.
Thank you so much to everyone who has supported my shop — whether you’ve purchased a resource, left a kind review, or shared my work with a friend. Knowing that these tools are making a positive impact means everything to me, and I can’t wait to keep creating more to support you.

Looking Ahead
I’m genuinely excited about what’s to come. I truly hope I get to connect with you later this year — whether that’s through my podcast, a mini-course, or working together one-on-one when the time feels right.
And to all my fellow high-achieving moms out there — I see you. Navigating pregnancy, work, and life isn’t easy, but I know you’re doing your absolute best.
Here’s to embracing the season we’re in, and trusting that even when life asks us to slow down, we’re still growing and moving forward.
Thank you again for your kindness and support — I can’t wait to show you what’s in store in the months ahead!
With love,
Irene 💚
