What to Expect from Me for the Rest of 2025: Personal Updates and New Beginnings

I wanted to take a moment to fill you in on what’s been happening behind the scenes and what you can expect from me for the rest of this year.
My Journey Through Pregnancy
As some of you know, I’ve been pregnant — and to be completely honest, it’s been a tough ride. My pregnancy brought unexpected challenges that forced me to pause nearly every area of my life — both personally and professionally. For someone like me — who thrives on creating, connecting, and supporting others — that wasn’t easy. However, my focus had to shift to my health, my baby, and my family, which meant putting some things on hold for a while.
Many of you can relate to the struggle of slowing down, especially when you're used to pushing through. But I’ve also realized that rest and recovery are just as important as action and progress.
Reflecting on the Past Year
Looking back at last year, I was juggling a lot. I managed my podcast, consistently engaged on social media, created my signature program, launched mini-courses, updated existing programs, ran my private practice, supported clients one-on-one, sent out weekly newsletters, and managed my Etsy shop — all simultaneously!
Honestly, when I think back now, I’m not quite sure how I kept all those plates spinning. Stepping back over the past few months has felt... strange. It’s been challenging for me to slow down, especially since being there for you and my business means so much to me.
But you know what? Despite facing some of the hardest challenges of my life, I still managed to keep things moving — and I’m genuinely proud of that. Sometimes, just holding things together is a big win, and I’m learning to celebrate those moments too.
The Importance of Stepping Back
Through it all, I’ve been reminded that stepping back can be exactly what we need. Now that I’m finding my footing again, I’m excited to share what’s ahead.
To My Clients: Thank You and What to Expect
I really want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to all my past RTT and counseling clients.
Over the last few months, I know my availability has been limited. I deeply appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding during this time. Whether you’ve been waiting to continue your sessions, hoping to start fresh, or simply checking in — your support has meant the world to me.
When you're going through anxiety, grief, or big life changes, having consistent support makes all the difference. I completely understand if my absence felt frustrating or unexpected — I see you, and I’m truly grateful for your understanding.
To those of you who are new or waiting to begin — I’m so excited to connect with you when I return. Supporting people through their healing and transformation is my passion, and I can’t wait to step back into that role.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, working through perfectionism, building confidence, or simply trying to feel more calm and in control, I’m here for you. When the time comes, I’ll be ready to support you with renewed energy, fresh insights, and a lot of compassion.
Thank you again for allowing me to be a part of your journey. I truly can’t wait to continue walking alongside you when the timing feels right.
The Peace with Anxiety Podcast: Coming Back Stronger Than Ever
One thing I’ve missed so much is my podcast. It’s genuinely one of my favorite activities. Connecting with you through those episodes feels so special — it’s a way to share my thoughts, insights, and heart that’s hard to replicate on social media.
So here’s the plan: once my baby and I are settled, I’ll be back — with big plans for the podcast. I’m committed to improving it and making it better than ever with fresh topics and deeply insightful episodes that I know will resonate with you. My goal is to deliver a new episode every week, and I can’t wait to dive back in.

Social Media & My Newsletter: Shifting Focus
You may have noticed I haven’t been as active on social media lately, and honestly, that’s intentional.
Right now, stepping back feels like the healthiest choice for me — and I’m sure many of you can relate to how social media isn’t always the best space for mental well-being. That doesn’t mean I won’t post at all, but my uploads will be infrequent for now.
Instead, I’ll be channeling more energy into my newsletter — something I believe offers more value and connection. My newsletters allow me to share meaningful insights, actionable tips, and practical tools to support you in overcoming anxiety and building your confidence.
Admittedly, my newsletter hasn’t always been weekly lately, but after my maternity leave, I’ll commit to bringing you fresh content every single week.

While I may not be as active on social media right now, my Etsy shop remains a space where you can access helpful tools whenever you need them.
