I am a registered Counsellor and a Clinical Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapist.
My official journey in the field of mental health began over 3 years ago when I started volunteering as a telephone supporter at Griefline. Since then I have worked virtually with women in private practice.
I have extensive experience as a therapist in anxiety, and grief support, particularly in women's mental health and well-being.
I became a therapist to support women in overcoming their challenges relating to high-functioning anxiety by helping them understand the root cause of their anxiety, manage their symptoms, and break free from self-limiting beliefs, through mindfulness, self-compassion, EFIT, and CBT-based intervention, so that they can transform their relationship with themselves, feel more connected in their relationships, and move towards a more fulfilling life.
I truly believe that every woman already has an innate strength and resilience - my purpose is to help them access it and show them everything that is possible when they embrace their anxiety instead of fighting it or avoiding it.
I bring with me life experience as someone who has personally and indirectly experienced various struggles throughout my childhood and early adult life. Since I started on my own journey with therapy, I was able to transform my life, surpass my self-imposed limits and be able to enjoy my daily life.
I know how challenging it can be to find the right therapist and the disappointment that comes with when there is a mismatched connection. That is why my approach to therapy is centered around openness and collaboration.
