I specialize in working with adult women who struggle with high-functioning anxiety and are looking to gain control of their thoughts and feelings, build a resilient mindset, and want to feel more calm and confident! I personalize my work with each client to create healthier patterns, let go of what’s keeping you stuck, and equip you with the strategies and skills you’ve been looking for.

If you have it “all together” but still feel pretty anxious, I get it. I work with high-achieving anxious women tired of feeling anxiousoverthinking, and self-doubt. Women who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed or struggling with constantly pleasing others, being perfect, and lacking boundaries. 

In our sessions, we will work together to uncover the origins of your anxiety, identify your primary triggers and understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours contribute to your anxiety.

We may also discuss how earlier experiences might have affected the way you see yourself and the world.

We will explore your main goals in therapy and start shifting the way you think and act when feeling anxious and introduce healthier ways of coping that will help you achieve more confidence, calmness, and control in your life.

Hi, I'm Irene,

It is nice to meet you! 

I am a registered Counsellor and a Clinical Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapist.​

My official professional journey in the field of mental health began over 3 years ago when I started volunteering as a telephone supporter at Griefline. Since then I have worked online with women in my private practice.


I have extensive experience as a therapist in anxiety, and grief support, particularly in women's mental health and well-being. I use various techniques such as mindfulness, self-compassion, EFIT, and CBT-based intervention, to help my clients transform their relationship with themselves, feel more connected in their relationships, and move towards a more fulfilling life.​

I know how challenging it can be to find the right therapist and the disappointment that comes with when there is a mismatched connection.  My previous and current clients describe me as non-judgmental, authentic, warm, and empowering - I love helping women create real change so they can Flourish! It’s become my mission and calling to help women overcome high-functioning anxiety so they can feel more freedom and balance within themselves and in their lives!
